Asian Styled Sauteed Clams

What you need

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp sesame oil

tsp black pepper

bunch cilantro

white onion

tbsp soy sauce

slice ginger

tbsp sugar

jalapeno

tbsp cooking oil

clove garlic clove

bunch green onion

Instructions
1: Start by soaking your clams in cold water while you prep your vegetables and sauce. 2: Dice your onion, cut your green onions, slice your jalapeño, ginger, and mince your garlic. Set it all aside. 3: To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients listed 'for the sauce' in a small bowl. Set aside. 4: Drain and clean your clams 2 additional times. Drain and set aside. 5: In a large wok, add 2 tbsp cooking oil over high heat. 6: Once smoking, add your ginger slices and jalapeño. Sauce for 30 seconds. Add the diced onion and garlic. Saute for 1 minute. 7: Add your clams and cook for 1 minute. 8: Add your sauce mixture. Cook for 3 minutes over high heat. 9: Add your sliced green onions and turn off the heat. 10: Garnish with cilantro and black pepper. Serve hot!View original recipe
